Responsibilities
Support the Credit Investments team through financial analysis, research, transaction execution, and ongoing management and governance through the lifecycle of an investment
Qualification
Required
Quantitative aptitude, with a preference for fluency in corporate and/or asset finance, excellent modeling skills, and strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and work effectively with deal team (members often spread across multiple geographies, including but not limited to Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago.)
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture
Demonstrated leadership skills
A demonstrated interest in learning about the Credit Investments space
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and proactive
1-2 years' professional experience working with an investment firm, private equity firm, or similar organization, focusing on real estate credit and adjacent sectors, and/or credit investment experience
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Real Estate Credit investment experience is a plus (but not a requirement)
