They are seeking a Manager for Ads Safety Policy and Operations to establish advertising standards and collaborate with various teams to ensure the integrity of the community's experience. The ideal candidate will implement policy updates and develop standard operating procedures for ads moderation.

Responsibilities

Independently manage and implement policy updates regarding ads moderation
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) that align with internal guidelines and standards for ads moderation
Remain current on platform policies, advertising trends, and emerging online risks to inform moderation strategy
Collaborate with sales, product, and policy teams to ensure consistent application of ad policies and provide feedback for improvements
Evaluate and assess opportunities and potential risks to business operations related to advertisements on WEBTOON

Required
