Analyst, Consumer Insights
Royal Caribbean Group is a vacation-industry leader with global brands, seeking an Analyst for their Consumer Insights Team. The role involves managing customer satisfaction programs, conducting market research, and delivering actionable insights to enhance customer experience.
Travel
Responsibilities
Act as primary point of contact on dual-branded customer experience program, managing adding new users, leading program training across the organization, reporting on overall program health, and identifying relevant trends that will inform and inspire future customer experience management
Responsible for supporting insights team, assisting in preparation and creation of stimulus, logistics and planning of fieldwork, coordination and execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies
Support internal custom requests and business questions by analyzing large data sets and distilling findings into actionable insights for broader organization
Be a key contributor to all aspects of consumer insights reporting and analysis, ensuring timeliness, completeness and accuracy of reporting. Continuously refining based on feedback and evolving business objectives
Manage centralization and organization of existing research materials
Maintain project timelines and deliverables, preparing materials and managing presentation logistics with team lead
In all cases, take responsibility for creating deliverables of high quality

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a major in Marketing, Business, Sociology, Statistics, or Psychology
1-3 years' experience in market research or consumer insights with an understanding of different research tools, techniques, and applications
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision making, and problem-solving abilities along with analytical aptitude, inquisitive nature, and passion for uncovering insights
Highly proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for qualitative focus groups
Strong passion and curiosity for market research and consumer insights, logical reasoning, analytical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong customer service skills when communicating with key internal stakeholders
Proven data gathering and analytical skills as well as the ability to synthesize findings from disparate data sources and translate insights into actionable business recommendations
Very strong problem definition and solution skills
Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-up
Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, strong orientation toward collaborative relationships
Preferred
Experience with questionnaire design, sampling approaches, tabulation planning is a plus
Experience working with survey applications and analytical tools is a plus (such as Qualtrics, Q, Survey Reporter, SPSS, Tableau)
