Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems
Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency
Helping select hardware, software and vendors
Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct
Working with a global team to review, benchmark and quantify process optimization and acceleration opportunities

Qualification

Required

Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end implementation and delivery processes
A bachelor's in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience – Master's degree is desirable
Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development
Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc
Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources

Preferred

Experience with automation and orchestration technologies
Advanced Excel experience
Project management experience
Process and journey mapping skills
