Automotive Customer Service Representative
Hilbish Ford is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is primarily phone-based and plays a key role in supporting customers after their sales or service visits. Responsibilities
Conduct post-purchase follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and answer ownership questions
Complete post-service follow-up calls to collect feedback and build long-term loyalty
Address customer concerns, helping resolve issues or routing escalations to the appropriate manager
Record interactions and feedback in CRM or dealership software
Assist with outbound communication including appointment reminders, surveys, and customer outreach
Work closely with sales, service, and management teams to ensure timely and accurate responses
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service experience required — call center or help desk experience strongly preferred
Clear, professional phone communication skills
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and solution-focused when speaking with upset customers
Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating CRM or call software
Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
Preferred
Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
