Responsibilities
Interact with both commercial and residential property owners
Make contact with individuals responsible for hiring the company to clean and repair damage
Empathetically walk prospects through the restoration process
Respond 24/7 to calls whenever a fire occurs
Qualification
Required
At least one year of outside sales and cold calling is required
You must possess the empathy to counsel property owners through the trauma of a fire or flood
The ability to close the sale right then
Willingness to respond 24/7
Preferred
Preferred background in insurance (adjusting and/or producing)
