In this role, you will expand your engineering technical skills with mentorship and collaboration within a team of Infrastructure design experts, focusing on innovative solutions for complex bridge engineering problems.

Responsibilities

Determining creative and innovative methods and solutions for complex bridge engineering problems and select the most efficient and economical manner to achieve objectives
Assuring that the designs are in accordance with approved Federal, State and local agency requirements as well as following accepted industry practices and procedures
Providing specifications, estimations, quantity calculations, technical reports, and detailed engineering analyses
Reviewing supplier drawing submittals and performing technical bid analyses
Preparing and issuing specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents
May be assigned to a project or organizational team, or as a design engineer for intermediate to large scale projects

Qualification

Civil EngineeringCAD SoftwareDesign SoftwareInternship Experience

Required

Currently enrolled in a accredited university studying Civil Engineering (or related field)
Former internship experience
Experience using CAD Software
Working knowledge of design software
