Responsibilities
Enter detailed orders into our ordering system from sales contracts and measure technician reports
Proofread and check submitted orders to ensure complete accuracy
Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure products are ordered correctly and in a timely manner in order to fulfill installation dates and deadlines
Order products for all of our service territories
Qualification
Required
2 years of data entry experience required
Preferred
2 years of proofreading experience is preferred
Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) software experience is a plus
