Responsibilities

🎓 Complete the PLACE Launch program

📈 Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis

🤝 Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties

💼 Negotiate offers effectively for both sellers and buyers

📊 Monitor and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology

🏠 Host two open houses each month

📞 Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments

🎭 Engage in weekly script practice following team guidelines

🤗 Participate actively in team events and initiatives

📅 Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls

🏡 Consult with sellers, secure listings, and promote properties
