Responsibilities

Provide technical support and perform maintenance
Perform service monitoring and reporting, with a focus on risk management and compliance
Explore new solutions, enhancements and opportunities for continuous improvement, projects and more
Perform the acquisition, provisioning and decommissioning of related equipment, software and services

Required

1 to 3 years of related experience in similar job roles
Strong customer service orientation
Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Good communication (both oral and written) and documentation skills
In-depth knowledge of the Windows OS (server and client) and the desktop operating environment
Linux and other mainstream OS knowledge will be helpful
Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts
Good knowledge of infrastructure service management & diagnostic tools and processes
Good knowledge of end-point security management tools and processes
Bachelor's Degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

Familiarity with a wide range of security and management tools, including endpoint protection platforms like CrowdStrike and ThreatLocker, encryption and patching systems such as BigFix and BitLocker, and IT Service Management (ITSM) systems like ServiceNow
