Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers, providing an exceptional shopping experience from the moment they arrive
Understand customer needs and provide expert knowledge on vehicles and the latest automotive technologies
Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, vehicle presentations, and financing options
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
Meet and exceed sales targets and dealership goals
Keep up to date with industry trends, inventory, and dealership promotions
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Finance team to ensure a smooth transaction process
Follow up with customers to ensure a positive ownership experience
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic dealership environment
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Language: English (Required)
Spanish (Required)
Ability to Commute: Miami, FL 33130 (Required)
Ability to Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
Customer Service and Sales experience highly desired but not required - we provide training by top automotive career professionals!
Passion for automobiles and knowledge of Honda, Mazda, Buick and GMC vehicles and products preferred
