New Grad, Entry LevelNATiVE Solar is focused on solar installations, and they are seeking a Designer to create full design plans for these installations. The Designer will be responsible for producing complete plan sets and assisting in the preparation of customer-facing design proposals.

Responsibilities
Create complete plan sets with the use of AutoCad, Sketchup, and Aurora
Assist sales with size and price of equipment for proposals
Complete calculations to size the solar energy system, select its components, determine the appropriate storage, and establish all projects electrical and mechanical specifications
Enable the project management teams to provide customer facing design proposals along with accurate project estimates based on design scenarios
Qualification
Required
Experience with code compliant solar, storage and EV charging construction plan sets
Understand current electrical, civil, and structural codes
Ability to quickly read and understand construction plans and schematics
Excellent customer service and communication skills required
Detail oriented and shows pride in work
High School diploma or GED required
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and drug screen
NABCEP Certification
