Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, process, and test engineering to ensure product yield, performance, and reliability
Support IC platforms through electrical and reliability test and visual inspection
Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product quality
Support the transition of new products from development to production
Analyze and interpret test data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
Provide technical support to customers and address any product-related issues
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in IC technology
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
Familiarity with semiconductor device physics (BJTs, FETs) and circuit design principles
Hands-on experience with RF measurement for IC validation and failure analysis (i.e., s-parameters, noise figure, phase noise, time-domain measurements, etc.)
Knowledge of reliability engineering and failure analysis techniques is a significant plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proven leadership skills, including a demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
Experience with data analysis and statistical tools
