This role involves leading project teams, managing technical documentation, and overseeing construction coordination to ensure design integrity and project goals are met.
Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Lead the design development and production of architectural drawings for multifamily and retail projects
Oversee and review construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with codes and regulations
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain design integrity and project goals
Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members
Participate in construction administration, RFI responses, submittal reviews, and site visits
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods to optimize project outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
5–8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management
Expertise in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of multifamily and retail design, documentation, and construction
Knowledge of building codes, ADA compliance, zoning, and permitting processes
Excellent project coordination, leadership, and communication skills
Preferred
Licensure is a plus but not required
Enscape, Rhino and Grasshopper a plus
