They are seeking an experienced Regional Engineering Manager to lead their Nashville, TN office, focusing on managing technical operations, building client relationships, and driving growth in geotechnical engineering and inspection services.

Responsibilities
Lead daily branch operations, including staffing, safety, financial performance, AR/WIP, and project delivery
Provide strategic vision and market analysis to position the branch for sustainable growth
Hire, onboard, and mentor staff; conduct performance reviews; foster a culture of excellence and accountability
Build and expand client relationships to ensure a steady backlog of high-quality projects
Collaborate with other offices to maximize resources, share expertise, and support enterprise-wide success
Deliver timely, high-quality proposals and client communications
Qualification
Required
U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S
10+ years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years managing business operations
Demonstrated success in growing a business with high client satisfaction
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary service lines and deliver results on scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Preferred
B.S. in Civil Engineering, Geology, or related technical field (preferred but not required)
Tennessee PE or CEG license preferred but not required
