Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the attorneys
Lead the creation of compelling proposals and presentations to attract and retain clients
Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and referral sources
Monitor and assess business development activities, track outcomes and return on investment
Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Experience working in the default industry
Ability to develop comprehensive strategies to support the department's growth objectives
