Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, solution design, and value-based presentations for enterprise opportunities
Design and deliver compelling demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concepts that connect creative needs with AI-driven solutions
Architect workflows and integrations that align Typeface with customers’ creative, marketing, and technology ecosystems
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to bring customer insights and feedback into our product roadmap
Build reusable assets, demo environments, and playbooks that enhance the overall pre-sales and customer experience
Represent Typeface at industry events, customer workshops, and innovation sessions as a trusted advisor and brand advocate
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or creative production, ideally within a SaaS company, creative agency, or marketing technology organization
Hands-on experience delivering creative services or digital campaigns in an agency or brand environment, with an understanding of creative workflows, feedback cycles, and brand consistency
An understanding of AI technologies, APIs, and integrations, and an ability to communicate their value to both creative and technical stakeholders
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills—you can translate complex ideas into engaging, business-relevant narratives
Experience leading technical evaluations, proofs of concept, or creative pilots for enterprise clients
A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance creativity and technical precision
Willingness to travel periodically for customer meetings, events, and internal collaboration sessions
