Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple concurrent large-scale security design and implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
Oversee physical security and low-voltage system design, integration, commissioning, and quality control
Contribute to GPS client requirements for corporate, operational or risk/threat management security consulting projects as aligned with candidate skill sets
Maintain exceptional standards of client engagement – serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term partnerships
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, architects, engineers, and integrators, to achieve successful project outcomes
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate projects risks, ensuring project issues are tracked, resolved, and documented
Where required, develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring clear communication and accountability across stakeholders
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposals, and supporting the pursuit of target market sectors
Partner with senior leadership to communicate strategic goals, operational plans, and project progress across the region
Manage special consulting assignments and oversee internal project manager deliverables for key clients

Required

Bachelor's degree and 6 – 8 years of project management experience, or
10+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably within the physical security industry or related engineering fields
Demonstrated success managing multi-site, multi-phase projects across complex stakeholder environments
Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from inception to completion
Skilled at identifying client needs and delivering tailored, high-impact solutions
Deep understanding of physical security systems, low-voltage infrastructure, and integration
Ability to identify and support new opportunities and client relationships
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication across all organizational levels
Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and client confidentiality

Preferred

Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, PRINCE2 / PMP
In-depth knowledge of project management life cycles, with the ability to develop project plans, define milestones, and monitor deliverables
Strong command of Office 365, Bluebeam, and other project management or CAD-related tools
Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders
