Responsibilities
Report to the Senior Technical Writing Manager for Roblox Creator
Become an expert in our products and technologies such as Roblox Studio, Open Cloud REST APIs, Luau, and more
Write and produce technical documentation and content such as API reference docs, conceptual and task-based guides, tutorials, code samples, and videos
Improve our information architecture with an in-depth understanding of our users
Increase creator satisfaction and platform quality by giving feedback to cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Product, and Design
Qualification
Required
A BA/BS degree in Technical Communications, Computer Science, or 3+ years of equivalent experience
The drive to learn new, deeply technical concepts quickly
The ability to bring large projects and initiatives to completion across multiple teams
Expertise in technical writing and information architecture theory
Experience working in docs-as-code authoring environments
Technical aptitude and a great eye for taking complex concepts and distilling them into great documentation
