Responsibilities

Identify and implement process/product improvements, prioritize, lead teams to achieve business goal of cost reduction for improved performance

Provide technical leadership for Lean Sigma methodology, vision, and application. Coach and mentor associates throughout the organization on the application of Lean Sigma tools. Coordinate, assist and arrange resources necessary to ensure timely project completion and overall process improvement results

Scale up and support of New Product Developments or Modifications to Products/Processes

Manufacturing troubleshooting for assigned Value Stream and overall plant metrics

Lead projects to ensure timely execution and sustain results through Operations buy-in and Lean Sigma tools implementation

Continually improve product/process capabilities through implementation and promotion of automation & controls for Six Sigma Quality variation goal attainment
