Junior Recruiter (Spanish Bilingual)
CO Careers is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter (Spanish Bilingual) to support their hiring efforts. This role involves candidate screening, interview coordination, record management, and administrative support, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities
Assist in all stages of the recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to post-interview follow-up
Perform candidate screening by reviewing resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates, and conducting initial outreach via phone or email
Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, etc.), ensuring that the recruitment pipeline stays full
Help maintain and update the candidate database, tracking the status of applicants and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
Manage and coordinate interviews for candidates, ensuring the smooth scheduling and communication of interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Ensure all interviews and recruitment-related appointments are scheduled, confirmed, and updated promptly. Communicate all necessary details to candidates and hiring managers
Support candidate onboarding, assisting with document collection and ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to employee
Accurately enter candidate and recruitment-related data into digital and physical records, maintaining an organized and compliant system
Organize and maintain recruitment-related records and documentation (applications, interview notes, background checks, etc.) in compliance with company policies and legal standards
Assist with the preparation of recruitment reports, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to hiring managers and the HR team
Support general office organization and inventory management, ensuring that all recruitment-related resources and supplies are available and organized
Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner, answering questions about the application process, job descriptions, and scheduling
Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Work closely with hiring managers to ensure they are informed about the status of open positions and that recruitment efforts align with the team's needs
Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including equal opportunity laws and privacy standards
Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity, maintaining privacy regarding candidate and employee records
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or administrative support; healthcare or home care recruitment experience preferred
Degree or background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong skills in email and calendar management for scheduling interviews and managing communication
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in maintaining records and coordinating tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Maintains confidentiality and upholds ethical recruitment standards
Proactive, adaptable, and committed to providing a positive candidate experience
