Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Windows 8/10/11
Knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar desktop office suites
Good communication skills and likes to work with people
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid Driver's license for travel to agency sites (in Genesee County, most in city of Flint)
Able to lift and carry computer components (up to 50 lbs.)
Must be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
Have good typing skills
Must be a hard worker, self-starter
Preferred
Some knowledge of computer hardware, including component installation and configuration
Help desk or troubleshooting experience, either in a computer 'lab' or office setting
Experience in troubleshooting computer software and hardware
At least a sophomore majoring in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems
