Responsibilities
Work to create an excellent experience or customers and employees while minimizing costs and maximizing volume and margin at the facility
Oversee preventative checks, maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities
Ensure accuracy of stock through systems management
Identify opportunities for operational improvements
Oversee work products of third-party contractors
Ensure compliance with city, county, state and federal regulations
Analyze data, set goals, make recommendations and perform other duties
Qualification
Required
Management/supervisory experience of daily operations, especially in an industrial environment
Hands-on experience operating equipment and machinery
Experience in the recycling or demolition industry, with knowledge of scrap metal commodities
Experience leading a team and committed to developing employees
Preferred
Excel skills and the ability to learn our proprietary software
PMP certification or similar accreditation
