Responsibilities
Define and document business requirements and processes, which will assist in improving operational efficiencies, minimize cost, and enhance productivity
Perform Epicor implementations and upgrades
Customize Epicor modules as needed to meet business requirements
Create and modify cross company BAQs
Create and Modify BPMs
Create and modify SSRS reports and Forms
Develop and deliver customized end-user training
Troubleshoot and support ERP software
Design/maintain project plans and ensure on-time task completion
Provide regular project status updates
Provide troubleshooting and support for ERP software issues encountered by users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Information Technology or related degree), or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and supporting Epicor ERP 10 or later
Experience supporting Epicor Kinetic cloud platform
Thorough understanding of design, testing, and modification of programs and applications
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the coding and programming languages used in the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite or related software
