Conduct analysis on various cases and legal issues
Draft pleadings, motions, status reports, and other documents
Assist in the preparation for trials and hearings; attend as needed
Continuous and effective communication with counsel, clients, and courts
Qualification
Required
Candidates must hold a Texas bar license
Strong foundation in writing skills, discovery, and motion practice
Ability to take depositions, attend hearings, argue motions, and effectively litigate cases
Must have a current license to practice law in the state of Texas
Preferred
Substantially self-sufficient in preparing day-to-day correspondence, discovery and pleadings
Building trustworthy relationships with clients is expected
Candidates with deposition and courtroom experience
Ability to independently manage a docket
