Responsibilities
Inspect aircraft in accordance with OEM Light and Heavy Maintenance Manuals
Evaluate removed components for serviceability and document discrepancies (squawks)
Reinstall and test components after inspection or repair
Troubleshoot and repair all airframe systems, including hydraulics, landing gear, and flight controls
Perform operational checks and engine runs to ensure airworthiness
Accomplish Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives as required
Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams
Analyze and resolve mechanical discrepancies efficiently and accurately
Inspect, test, and repair fuel, oil, oxygen, pressurization, and environmental systems
Use precision measuring instruments, calibration equipment, and mechanic’s hand tools safely and effectively
Maintain accurate, clear, and compliant documentation for all work performed
Qualification
Required
Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License
Minimum 3 years of experience as an aircraft maintenance technician
Experience working in an MRO environment
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred
Minimum 3 years of corporate aviation experience within a Business Aviation MRO environment
Factory-authorized training on any of the listed corporate aircraft platforms
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
