In this role, you will drive recruitment efforts for the Industrial Sales teams and partner closely with leaders to attract and hire top talent.

Partner closely with leaders to attract and hire top talent
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to learn and leverage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
A hunter mentality with a competitive drive for success—both individually and as part of a team
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Prior experience recruiting industrial sales professionals in a similar industry is a great plus!
Agency recruiting experience
Experience recruiting in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution settings
Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance in recruiting
