Assistant Project Manager - Public Works

Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
Monitor project progress and report on potential risks and issues
Help manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and schedules
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
Assist in budget management and tracking expenses throughout the project lifecycle
Support in preparing project reports and presentations for stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in project management or construction roles
Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software
Knowledge of commercial construction processes and public works projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
