CNC Swiss Operator 2nd Shift

Branch Medical Group, a subsidiary of Globus Medical Inc., is dedicated to manufacturing a wide range of implants for spinal and orthopedic applications. The CNC Swiss Operator will be responsible for measuring, inspecting, and operating CNC machines while adhering to quality control standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Measures, inspects, loads/unloads parts from assigned machine

Implements dimensional adjustments (offsets) as needed

Ability to break down and store tooling specific to job

Ability to make minor program edits for part size

Conducts basic machine changeovers

Accurately completes all quality control documentation and inspection sheets

Inspects product in accordance to all verbal and/or written instructions such as part drawings, traveler, work instructions, and process specifications

Embraces good manufacturing practices and inspection techniques each day; following all SOPs and safety regulations

Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies

Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties
