Responsibilities
Diagnose/troubleshoot both Rooftop Solar and Downstairs Electrical Installations
Provide solutions to various system issues (envoy reconnects, CT issues, etc.)
Replace malfunctioning solar hardware
Travel with company vehicles to multiple job sites (daily)
Communicate with the homeowner prior to/during a service site visit
Coordinate with Field Service Supervisors to provide updates on work performed
Assist with the removal and reinstalls as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior Solar Service Technician experience is required
3+ years of recent Electrical or Solar Service Tech / Field Experience Required
2+ years of experience Diagnosing and Troubleshooting DC/AC systems
Valid Drivers License & ability to pass background check and drug screening
Able to properly read blueprints and safely use all power tool equipment
Preferred
NABCEP certification is Preferred
Fluent in English (Bilingual is Preferred)
