Responsibilities

Provide expertise in alternative risk products to broker partners and both mid-market and large accounts

Identify client needs and develop custom solutions

Client-facing with a track record of working effectively with decision-makers within clients

Establish and develop emerging relationships with economic buyers of varying complexity

Provide technical competency to create innovative solutions

Establish credibility (knowledge/trust) both externally as well as internally

Possess senior executive client communication and negotiation skills (oral and written)

Communicate market/industry perspectives and applications to specific client situations

Communicate and capture the value that Artex brings to clients

Demonstrate new business production abilities as well as a seasoned new business production history

Ability to generate $500,000 or greater in new business revenue

Required

Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years experience

Appropriate insurance licensing required

3+ years of experience in selling alternative risk products

Extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of the insurance industry and our products and services

Experience within the insurance industry preferred

Demonstrated capability to adhere to and champion the sales process
