Responsibilities

Oversee the full accounting and financial reporting cycle for multiple closed-end real estate funds
Manage and mentor Assistant Controllers and Fund Accountants
Partner closely with Portfolio Management, Acquisitions, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Corporate Finance
Review and approve capital calls, distributions, valuations, and performance allocations
Coordinate annual audits, oversee fund administrators, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and partnership agreements
Drive process and systems improvements, including technology and workflow enhancements

Required

CPA required
Strong technical foundation in U.S. GAAP and partnership accounting
Experience overseeing private equity or real estate fund structures
