Responsibilities

Engage in hands-on, impactful projects that contribute to real business outcomes, allowing you to make a difference from day one
Help prepare for 2027 spring events and close out 2026 season
Includes supporting event planners on team from pre-event planning, preparing on-site documents and assisting in closing out past events

Required

Pursuing a degree in Hospitality or Event Management
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office
Well organized & detail oriented
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
Requires current enrollment in a college or university
Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred

Interest or desire to lead project teams
Ability to work independent as well as part of a team
Passion for producing high quality work
Experience planning multi-day events
Familiarity with Cvent
