Responsibilities

Set up dining areas and prepare trays for meal services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Assist the cook in food preparation and service, adhering to established policies and procedures

Deliver meal carts to residents and maintain cleanliness of assigned dining areas

Accurately record refrigerator temperatures and maintain proper food storage

Wash and store dishes, maintaining overall kitchen sanitation

Follow federal, state, and company regulations regarding food safety and dietary restrictions

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service

Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns
