Geokon Inc is a company specializing in geotechnical services, and they are seeking an Engineer to provide technical and field service support. The role involves assisting customers with instrumentation, managing field service activities, and providing training on GEOKON products.

Responsibilities

Assists customers with instrumentation selection, installation practices based on project requirements/RFQ’s

Liaise with Sales and Engineering departments to realize compelling and competitive solutions to monitoring challenges

Provides technical troubleshooting and support for existing installations via phone/email

Provides data analysis to assess proper functionality and installation of instrumentation

Manages Field Service activities, coordinating requests from customers with GEOKON personnel, and provide field services as needed

Prepares quotes and sales orders for field services, and occasional instrumentation products as needed

Assists with providing training on the overview and application of GEOKON products and instrumentation in general. This includes in-house training, on-site training, and webinars
