This 9-week program offers fellows the opportunity to work on various legal projects and gain exposure to different practice areas within the company.

Responsibilities
Thompson Fellows will have the opportunity to work on projects and with attorneys across various PepsiCo offices and practice areas
The Program curriculum will include guest speakers, seminars, professional development, legal tasks, and exposure to a range of practice areas, such as: Corporate Governance, Finance & Securities, Litigation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Labor / Employment and Human Rights, Privacy, Intellectual Property, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales, Compliance & Ethics, Public Policy & Government Affairs
During the Program each fellow will be assigned an attorney mentor and be provided with real, hands-on assignments in support of the PepsiCo business
Qualification
Required
First-generation, first-year law student in good standing at an ABA-accredited law school in the U.S
Strong academic achievement
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Be eligible to work in United States without work authorization sponsorship now or anytime in the future
