Customer Success Specialist

The role involves acting as a primary contact for clients, overseeing project management, and providing technical expertise to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between your clients and internal teams, including IT, Software Development, Operations, Marketing, Accounting and Purchasing. Provide professional care and handling of designated accounts
Oversee client implementations, manage daily tasks for accounts, and monitor production workflows
Assist clients in understanding print, mail, and online presentment specifications, work with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues, and create technical documentation to client specification
Ensure accurate client billing and generate client reports
Collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency and deliver top-tier service
Qualification
Required
Passion for serving clients
Aptitude for learning new technical concepts
Strong project coordination skills
Ability to act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
Experience in overseeing client implementations
Ability to manage daily tasks for accounts
Experience in monitoring production workflows
Ability to assist clients in understanding print, mail, and online presentment specifications
