Responsibilities

Lead the analytics team across multiple customer groups, industry verticals and regions

Define the capability roadmap and organization structure for scale

Translate client objectives and business questions into analytic frameworks and drives roadmap alignment

Guide senior client relationships and analytics transformation projects, showcasing PMG value and driving growth

Align department goals to company strategy and vision

Manage Director-level leaders and ensure succession planning

Lead performance planning, calibration, and promotions

Identify and implements process, tooling, or training improvements

Represent analytics in senior executive forums, both internally at PMG and externally on the broader market

Shape thought leadership, IP, and external reputation

Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making

Required

12+ years of experience in analytics, including 5+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Expertise in building and scaling analytics functions that align with business strategy, deliver measurable impact, and drive data-informed decision-making

Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience guiding data architecture and modeling decisions that support performance, scalability, and reliability

Proficiency in Python or R to support statistical analysis, experimentation, and data automation across teams and platforms

Deep experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to lead strategic reporting and executive-level storytelling

Proven success in leading cross-functional partnerships, aligning on KPI frameworks, and embedding analytics into product, marketing, and operational workflows

A strong record of mentoring analytics leaders, shaping team culture, and implementing governance and process improvements across complex organizations
