Responsibilities

Review and edit technical documentation submitted by owners, developers, and stakeholders

Ensure technical documentation clarity and accuracy

Ensure that style and format conform to agency publication standards and prescribed style guides

Amend draft tables, tone boxes, and graphics to ensure the content supports and is consistent with the accompanying text

Ensure proper classification markings in accordance with IC guidance

Work with authors to revise products for narrative organization, and further revisions as needed

Collaborate with the QAF team to review and edit QAF documentation, policy, and other documents

Ensure all documentation is properly formatted, styled, and organized to meet the QAF requirements

Collaborate with QAF Team to develop and maintain guidance for technical documentation

Collaborate with QAF Team to develop and maintain templates for technical documentation, including QAF, policy and other documentation
