The Technician IV, QA Doc & Label Control position is responsible for counting, assembling, and issuing Label Control components, as well as initiating process improvements and representing Label Control in project meetings.

Responsibilities

Counting of Label Control components and multiple SAP material movement transactions. Be able to use and train others on Insert, box, and label counting systems

Printing, assembly, and issuance of Label Control components. Be able to print on and train others on all Label Control printers

Operate label printing software, be able to troubleshoot basic system communication issues with SAP and serialization process

Maintain inventory control of Label Control components

Complete SAP inventory transactions of Label Control components. Be able to troubleshoot transactions and discrepancies

Design and review label component formats in the label design system

Initiate and complete eDMS change requests

Represent Label Control on project meetings. Be able to initiate/design/complete process and project improvements

Provide RCA Input for deviations and CAPAs

Required

High School Diploma required

Minimum 3 years of related experience, Pharmaceutical Experience, FDA Regulated Industry Experience, Prior SAP experience required

Be a functional expert in Limited / Elementary Vocational, Microsoft Word, Basic computer skills, SAP, Label Design system – know how to design basic label for production printing, Trackwise – utilize CR process for changes and incidents required

Mechanical Aptitude and Manual Dexterity required

14/14 Corrected Near-Point required

Ability to lift 40 lbs. unassisted required

Repetitive activity required

Pushing, pulling, Prolonged sitting standing, stooping and reaching and Twisting required

Preferred

Forklift Certification desired

Knowledge ordinarily acquired from the highest level high school courses in math is desired

Math skills for calculating ratios, parts, and percentages are preferred

Forklift experience desired, must be able to obtain within one month

Manufacturing production and equipment operation experience is desired
