Digital Strike is a targeted marketing company seeking a Director of SEO who will develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth and enhance search visibility. Responsibilities
Own and execute the SEO vision in alignment with company goals, EOS Rocks, and quarterly priorities
Lead, coach, and develop the SEO team by fostering a culture of care, continuous learning, and accountability
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, web, analytics, and client success teams to integrate SEO into every digital touchpoint
Leverage SEO tools and analytics platforms to identify opportunities, run experiments, and measure performance tied to clear KPIs and Scorecard metrics
Maintain a high level of curiosity, staying current with trends in search behavior, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies
Provide transparent, actionable reporting to clients and internal stakeholders—ensuring alignment, building trust, and celebrating wins
Support cross-departmental alignment during Level 10 Meetings and contribute to solving issues collaboratively through the EOS IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) process
Model and promote a competitive spirit—setting high standards, driving results, and continually raising the bar for search excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
6+ years of SEO experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role
Strong expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO platforms
Experience aligning SEO efforts with broader marketing and business strategies
Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships with transparency and empathy
Preferred
Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business
Experience in a digital agency or client-facing environment
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems
Certifications in SEO or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
Proven success in leading large-scale SEO initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes
