The role combines hands-on technical leadership in assurance services with the opportunity to build a high-impact advisory platform focused on strategic financial and operational consulting.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit engagements in compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable auditing standards
Oversee audit engagements from planning through report issuance, ensuring quality, timeliness, and efficiency
Supervise and mentor audit staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining high technical standards
Provide trusted advisory support to clients, identifying opportunities for additional value and insight
Develop and scale CFO advisory services such as budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and transaction support
Collaborate with firm leadership on business strategy, practice development, and client relationship initiatives
Qualification
Required
Active CPA license required
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with extensive experience leading GAAP-compliant audits
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and lead professional staff
Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and current audit standards
Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire and ability to grow an advisory practice
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Nonprofit audit experience a plus
