Chamblee Ryan, PC is looking for litigation paralegals to add to the team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of defense litigation experience and will manage a high volume of files from inception to trial, draft and analyze legal documents, and assist attorneys in trial preparations.

Responsibilities

Manage high volume of files from inception to trial

Draft and analyze legal documents, including discovery, pleadings and correspondence

Constant communication with court, counsel and clients

Assist attorney(s) in all phases of trial-preparation, including but not limited to all pre-trial pleadings, redacting medical, preparing deposition page/line summaries, etc

Managing case deadlines and attorney calendars

Assist with deposition, meeting, or interview preparations

Subpoena, summarize and analyze medical, radiology and billing records, and compile information to prepare final medical summaries/expense summaries

Working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedures and Texas Statutes

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required

Knowledge of legal terminology and civil procedures
