They are seeking a Dance Program Specialist responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing dance programs, developing curricula, and ensuring a positive learning environment for participants.

Responsibilities

Develop, and implement dance programs that cater to a wide range of ages and skill levels
Create dance curricula and lesson plans, incorporating different dance styles such as ballet, jazz, hip-hop, modern, and contemporary
Continuously update and adapt the program to include new trends, techniques, and best practices in dance education

Qualification

Dance instructionDance curriculum developmentDance techniques understandingMulti-lingual skillsChoreographyPerformance practicesSafety protocolsInjury preventionInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills

Required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community
Previous experience as a dance instructor or performer (2-3 years preferred)
Experience teaching various styles of dance (e.g., ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary)
Strong understanding of dance techniques, choreography, and performance practices
Familiarity with dance theory, safety protocols, and injury prevention

Preferred

Multi-lingual skills
Additional qualifications specific to each program (such as certifications or degrees in dance, sports, or education)
