Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of end-to-end data center migration projects, from discovery through delivery
Collaborate with business and technology teams to define project scope, timelines, and dependencies
Oversee QA and UAT readiness, ensuring testing integrity and smooth go-live outcomes
Drive coordination across workstreams to align deliverables, manage interdependencies, and maintain momentum
Develop and track project plans using MS Project and Excel, ensuring alignment with program objectives
Report progress to senior leadership through JIRA dashboards, PowerPoint decks, and governance updates
Manage change controls, escalate risks, and maintain compliance with project and documentation standards
Qualification
Required
8 10 years of project management experience, ideally in data center migration, infrastructure transformation, or large-scale technology delivery
Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and deliver under tight timelines
Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
Preferred
Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries is preferred
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum
Experience in application relocation or enterprise infrastructure modernization
Familiarity with technology delivery governance and enterprise-scale environments
