Responsibilities
Identify appropriate prospects and target markets to expand the client base
Set appointments and conduct effective qualifying sales calls to understand client needs and identify potential solutions
Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals in all service categories offered
Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to provide a seamless customer experience
Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Results-driven with a passion for sales
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software
