Responsibilities

Own our hiring pipeline key metrics – analyzing data, identifying trends, instrumenting dashboards and reporting out to key stakeholders

Create a best-in-class candidate experience – Work with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting process – you can only have impact on a process that you know inside and out

Optimize our talent pipeline – Own experimentation and iteration of each step of our recruiting process to ensure a top quality experience for candidates and hiring managers

Partner with executive stakeholders – Work with Numeric’s leaders across Engineering, Product and go-to-market to drive recruiting strategy
