Administrative & Outreach Manager – Community Engagement & Support
LUK, Inc. is a nonprofit organization focused on community engagement and support services. They are seeking an Administrative and Outreach Manager to oversee administrative needs, organize contract outputs, and serve as a liaison between various departments within the agency.

Responsibilities
Oversee the administrative needs of the division
Organize contract outputs, reporting, and other programmatic data
Create administrative practices for the division
Serve as a liaison between CES leadership, administration, finance, data collection, and operations departments within the agency
Outreach to and work with community and school partners to increase referrals to CES programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in public administration, nonprofit management, human services, business or similar field
two-three years of experience in a human services setting
experience in data reporting
experience in managing contracts
experience in grant writing
experience in budgeting
experience in data entry
Preferred
experience in a nonprofit setting
