Responsibilities
Execute audit procedures on financial statement engagements for clients across industries such as manufacturing, technology, financial services, real estate, healthcare, and not-for-profit
Perform substantive testing, risk assessment procedures, and control evaluations
Prepare detailed workpapers supporting audit conclusions in compliance with firm and PCAOB standards
Collaborate with Managers and Partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely completion of audit fieldwork
Communicate audit findings and progress updates with both internal teams and client personnel
Contribute to engagement efficiency by identifying process improvements and leveraging technology tools (e.g., CaseWare, Alteryx, or firm-specific audit platforms)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Public Accounting (required)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC, and PCAOB standards
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in External Audit at a Big Four, Top 20, or regional accounting firm
CPA or progress toward CPA highly preferred
