Responsibilities
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals
Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to gather and prioritize requirements
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development
Work closely with Scrum Masters and development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features
Conduct impact analysis and define clear acceptance criteria for all user stories
Partner with UX/UI designers to enhance customer experience and usability
Monitor product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve offerings
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data security, and financial governance standards
Facilitate sprint reviews, demos, and stakeholder updates, ensuring transparency and alignment
Drive innovation and support digital transformation initiatives within the financial ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
8+ years of Product Owner experience within Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech domains
Strong understanding of Commercial Banking, lending, payments, credit cards, wealth management, or digital banking platforms
Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
Expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks such as KYC, AML, PCI-DSS, or PSD2
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
